A bioavailable source of protein
15.3g
protein in every 250ml jar, independently verified. Slow-cooked from bones and meat, the protein is already broken down by the long simmer, making it bioavailable, gentle, and easy for your body to take in.
What else a slow simmer draws out
It's not only protein. Hours over low heat also draw out amino acids like glycine and glutamine, gelatin, and the minerals held in the bones. None of it is added. It's simply what comes out of real ingredients given enough time.
Made with free-range Desi Murgh
Country chicken, not commercial broiler. Raised slower and with room to roam, these birds give leaner meat and a deeper, more developed flavour, which is exactly what a good broth is built on.
The taste, and what's in it
Slow-cooked with carrots, celery, onions, raw turmeric, black peppercorns, thyme, rosemary and oregano. The result is savoury, rounded and full, never flat. Real vegetables and herbs, nothing artificial.
Full ingredients: RO Water, Free Range Desi Murgh (Country Chicken), Carrots, Celery, Onions, Raw Turmeric, Black Peppercorns, Thyme, Rosemary, Oregano, Iodised Salt. Nothing else.
Very lightly salted
We use just a pinch, about half a teaspoon across a whole eight-litre pot. Most of the savour you taste isn't seasoning at all; it's what hours of slow simmering draw out of the bones and vegetables themselves. We keep it gentle on purpose, so you can salt it to your own taste once it's warm.
Why we sell it frozen
Freezing is the gentlest way to keep broth exactly as it was made, with full flavour, full nourishment, and nothing concentrated down or added to make it last. It's the closest you can get to a fresh pot at home, because that's what it is: made in small weekly batches, frozen the same day, kept that way right up to your freezer. Good food is meant to be eaten while it's still good, not kept on a shelf for a year.
A few ways to have it
Some have it first thing in the morning, some after training. It's gentle enough for the whole family, stir a little into the meals you're already cooking at home, as a base for soups, rice, dals and curries. However you have it, it's real food, made properly.
How to heat your broth
Option 1, Quick thaw: Take the jar out of the freezer and leave it on the counter for 15 minutes. Place the jar in a pot, fill with water up to the neck of the jar, and gently heat until warm enough to sip.
Option 2, Overnight thaw: Move the jar from your freezer to your fridge the night before. By morning the broth will have a jelly-like consistency, so you can scoop it directly into your dishes, or warm it using Option 1.
Once thawed, consume within 24 hours. Do not refreeze.
Storage
Store at -18°C. Shelf life 30 days from date of manufacture.
How it reaches you

This broth began with my father's recovery, and years of getting it exactly right.
