Our Broth

The Story

This broth began as something deeply personal.

My father suffered a brain haemorrhage, and during his recovery I wanted to do everything I could to support his healing. At the time, I was studying nutrition, and while I didn't have all the answers, one thing kept coming back to me: bone broth.

So I started making it myself — from scratch, every day, using quality ingredients and taking the time to do it properly.

His recovery exceeded everyone's expectations. Whether it was the broth, the care behind it, or a combination of many things, it became a daily ritual for him. He loved it so much that he eventually swapped his evening cup of tea for a mug of broth.

Years later, he's still its biggest fan.

That was the beginning. Since then, countless batches have been tested, refined and adjusted until it was exactly right. As a nutritionist, I shared it with my own clients. Their feedback shaped every iteration — and ultimately led to the product you're holding now.

What you're getting now is the result of all of that — not a first attempt, not a trend. Just bone broth made properly.

The Ingredients

RO Water, Free Range Desi Murgh (Country Chicken), Carrots, Celery, Onions, Raw Turmeric, Black Peppercorns, Thyme, Rosemary, Oregano, Iodised Salt.

Nothing else.

iN KANSO has been independently tested by an NABL accredited laboratory.

Microbiological safety, chemical composition, shelf life — tested and confirmed.

Each 250ml jar contains 15.13g of protein, as independently verified.

Frozen at -18°C. Shelf life: 30 days from date of manufacture.
