How It's Made

Every batch starts with real ingredients and enough time to do it right. We slow-cook free-range Desi Murgh (Country Chicken), meat and bones together, with vegetables and herbs, then freeze it fresh at the peak of quality.

No shortcuts, no additives, no thin stock diluted for volume. Just broth made properly, the way it should be.

The Ingredients

RO Water, Free Range Desi Murgh (Country Chicken), Carrots, Celery, Onions, Raw Turmeric, Black Peppercorns, Thyme, Rosemary, Oregano, Iodised Salt.

Nothing else.

The Certification

iN KANSO has been independently tested by an NABL accredited laboratory.

Microbiological safety, chemical composition, shelf life are all tested and confirmed.

Each 250ml jar contains 15.3g of protein, as independently verified.

Frozen at -18°C. Shelf life: 30 days from date of manufacture.
